Look -- I am almost to the end of the skein of red yarn for this rope.
I am very happy that I actually completed the task I set out for myself -- to keep making the red yarn rope (and not measure it) until the yarn ran out.
This photo is from this afternoon -- it wasn't quite done yet...but it was close.
I just got home and finished it as soon as I came in. Twink wanted to pose with the ball of rope because he is as happy as I am that I am done.
You can almost see him purring, can't you? It was one of those deep, eyes-closed, long, rolling purrs that adjust with his breathing.
Ahhhhhhhh...
And now, drumroll please --
the red yarn rope is a whopping thirty-seven feet, two-and-a-half inches!
