I know I sound like a broken record...but man -- I just could not get anything started today. I updated yesterday's blog post with photos, but that is about it. This stupid weather is wreaking havoc with my allergies, sinuses and all the body pain(s). Looking towards a better tomorrow.

Day 184 - 365/2014
Day One Hundred Eighty-Four
Some days I feel like such a stupid wuss but I am having a lot of health issues right now. I am just not up to making anything tonight...I've been wrestling with ideas all day and I am not going to force it anymore because things that come from sessions like that are generally a major waste of time as well as a major source of irritation and frustration...so, nothing for today.
We are working on getting to the bottom of things health-wise and tests are scheduled but it is a bit of a waiting game with the holiday in the middle. I had a really painful bout earlier this evening and it really took the wind out of my sails.
In the meantime...and for no other reason that it was sitting next to my keyboard as I whined/typed, here is a photo of my favorite color of paint.

Day Eighty-Six
I had two really great meals and visits with two wonderful friends today. Reaaally, really nice.
My hands/arms are pretty messed up still and threatening to go numb (but not quite all the way) so I am not working on anything again today. Hopefully, tomorrow.

Day 32 - 365/2014
Day Thirty-Two (updated)
A few of us were going to meet up at my house tonight for fun and games and stuff, but the weather got a little iffy so we postponed it.
Along with this weather today I have massive sinus and allergy headaches and symptoms...I am just not feeling very creative and I don't want to force anything creative because I won't be happy with it.
No doubt tomorrow will be better.
update:
After sitting at my desk for a while I came across the goat guy transfer/collage I made (over a repurposed canvas board thing) a few months ago. I played around with a few of the colored pencils on my desk and came up with this. It's a start, I guess.

I've got nothing for the blog today. The cats had well cat check ups and that is about all I can manage today.
Tomorrow should be more interesting -- I will be filling in for Patti at the Art House Store.

I am sick today...allergies I think. I am also in much pain. I have tried to push myself into making something all day long...it is just not happening.

I am very disappointed with myself and this every-other-day posting to the blog stuff. Not happy.

365/2013 - Day 148 (another one that is a day late...sheesh)

Sue and I spent a few hours out in the stormy weather and when I got home I was really wrecked. I won't go into details but between the allergens and the high humidity (from what I can tell) I was pretty much forced to do the Benadryl/elevate/cold pack routine...man...it was brutal. Nothing got done.

365/13 - Day 143
taking it easy tonight
I suppose I could be working on a project from my recliner but I am really not in the mood and just a bit too medicated to do a good job (good enough for ME to be happy with tomorrow, that is). I hurt my knee again last night and I have been trying to take it easy today doing the regular elevate/rest/medicate routine but my knee is still pretty swollen and my edema is really bad. I NEED to take it easy tonight because tomorrow I am going with Sue to her friend Terri's farm to visit goats and see the baby kittens...like reeeeeally baby kittens...exactly one week old.
So...no photos tonight...no project to report on. Just sayin'.

nothing for today
I have been wanting to do something off and on all day but this has been a very difficult health day and I just don't have it in me today to work on anything. I am going to go to bed early (for me) and see if that helps. Tomorrow will be better -- I just know it.
