oh shoot...
I got an injection in my left knee today (first in a series of three) and for whatever reasons it REALLY hurt and I have been in a sort of a fog ever since I got home this afternoon -- I have literally not left my chair except for bathroom breaks. I tolerated the three injections in my right knee okay, but this one today really wiped me out...nothing else to report today. Oh well...bummer.
