...the giant de-stash/clear out/giveaway...now begins the "put away/pack up/donate" phase.
Teresa's movers came for the big blue dresser and had room for two other large pieces of furniture! I am sad to see the big blue dresser leave, but I am glad that Teresa can make use of it. Yay!
I re-sorted the leftovers for donating to Scrap Box and packed them up tonight. The studio is totally trashed again. Many, many inner conversations helped me to make a dent in the mess today. I think I am finally getting somewhere instead of just shuffling things around.
Twink is stalking me again...putting the boxful of boxes to use as camouflage.
Hey -- the house is beginning to look like a house again instead of a resale shop.

Yikes!

Okay...some of the admonishments went something like this:
Organizing/Sorting Took: Yes, of course you are allowed to keep frames and blank books and wooden things -- but you are not allowed to just stash them in the studio. If you are not using them right now they have to go into a bin and stored in the basement. AND -- you are NOT allowed to buy any new blank books until you use these perfectly good ones!
Whining Took with the Hurting Hand: Wow, you can get a lot of pieces of wood into one bin.
Rational Thinking Took: See??? Big empty basement...plenty of shelf space...plenty of room to set up white folding tables.

Just one example of "yes you can keep stuff, but you have to store it in the basement"...many more frames were added to the collection.

Wow -- I can do this -- a little at a time -- but I CAN do this!
